Yours truly at our annual family winter tournament at Meriwether Golf Club, Hillsboro, Oregon, 2003.  These get-togethers are always a lot of fun, and I have been a participant in many of them since 1997.  Sharing a game in the company of family and friends is a real treat, and even when the play isn't so great, we still have a lot of fun.  Definitely a time for making some fond memories.  I was the winner of the 2001 competition thanks to generous handicapping on the part of the "committee."  The next year my cousin Mark and I won the scramble portion, and I contributed two birdies on my own ball - a miracle not easily believed by many of the other participants.   (2003)
